Full Wheel Success™ is what it looks like to have it all, truly. To have a balanced, happy, truly fulfilling life and business. To make family as much a priority as business. To remember that we are spiritual beings. To embrace self-care and avoid burnout.

By bringing this concept into your business planning, you will find greater and more sustainable success in your business. And while enhancing your personal success. YESSS!

PERSONAL

1. Self-Esteem & Individuality. Who are you? Are you confident in yourself, in the way you are presenting yourself to the world, and in the unique impact you are making?

2. Passion & Life Force. Without passion, what is life? Without life force, what is life? We sincerely and deeply need passion, a will to live, and a full-on desire to live a full-color life. VIVA!

3. Health & Wellness. Lovely daily habits + health foodie fuel + movement + fresh air + all those great bits = the foundation we need to bring our A Game to every part of life and business.

CAREER

1. Fulfillment & Impact. What kind of legacy are we leaving behind with our career? How satisfying are those blessed ripple effects of our choices? (Love Note for Parents and Other Caregivers: Careers can even and absolutely be the “job” of raising one or more happy, healthy children!)

2. Professional & Educational. I like to consider this: Does it feel like I’m 1/ sustainably growing and expanding, 2/ approaching burnout and feeling overloaded, or 3/ thinking small to avoid courageous choices? It’s not always comfortable to grow, but it’s gotta be sustainable and in the end, it’s worth it!!

3. Financial & Security. Are you charging enough and asking for the sale? Are you keeping expenditures in alignment with the perfect balance of financial security AND investing in growth?

CONNECTION

1. Community & Cooperation. Connection is literally part of our DNA, our brain, humanity itself. It is non-negotiable to be connected with other humans in a mix of ways, and community is one of those. Which goals are we meeting as a group? Being part of a shared purpose feels incredible!

2. Love & Romance. Fully optional, but if this an important part of your life, how are you making space to love, appreciate, and court your romantic partner? And I dare ask this question even if it feels cheesy — Are you romancing yourself? “To love oneself is the beginning of a lifelong romance.” ~ Oscar Wilde

3. Family & Friends. Family and/or Friends offer us support, belonging, understanding, and long-term stability. Are you able to fully nurture and enjoy those relationships?

EVOLUTION

1. Creativity & Self-Expression. Art, Resolving Challenges, Writing, Music, ETC. There are so many different ways to express yourself and be creative? Do you have the space and bandwidth to honor and nurture this huge part of you?

2. Spirituality & Serenity. From Allah to Buddha to Christ to Zen… the real deal is connecting both within and without and the blessings of the Way that is right for you. I cannot stress it enough… We are not machines!

3. Harmony & Balance. Last but not least, balance is what allows the ebbs and flows of our lives and businesses to work out beautifully. This isn’t about a 12-part checklist but instead about sustainably living a life that feels in harmony!
